Chlorexidine 2% in alchohol 70% is a new product (ready to use), for disinfection of medical devices based on Isopropyl alool and chlorhexidine. It is in line with the recent guidelines of international organisations for the disinfection of endovascular cathers. Chlorexidine 2% in alcohol 70% is ideal for disinfection of central catheterizers (e.g. single or many courtyards), peripheral catheter, implantable catheter (Hickman, Broviac), total implantable endovascular devices, connection points for catheter and injection devices, pressure monitoring systems, breast-feeding systems and any other device resistant to alcohol.
